The problem
Uzbek developers lacked a high-quality, local place to publish, share code and find answers — knowledge was scattered across chats.
Approach
- Designed a content + community model around articles, code snippets and Q&A.
- Built a React front-end with an Express/PostgreSQL backend, optimized for fast local (TAS-IX) delivery.
- Added tagging, search and reputation to surface quality content.
Result
- A single hub built to scale to thousands of authors.
- Faster knowledge sharing in the local developer community.
